Red Mojito

Ingredients

  • 40ml of rum
  • 15ml of mint mojito syrup
  • Some mint leaves
  • 2 sliced limes
  • Bel Normande Sparkling Red Grape Juice

Recipe

  1. Directly in a tumbler, crush mint leaves, lime slices, syrup and rum.
  2. Fill with crushed ice and pour in our Bel Normande Sparkling Red Grape Juice.
  3. Shake, decorate and serve.

Malibu Beach

Ingredients

  • 40ml of vodka
  • 20ml of wild strawberry syrup
  • 30ml of pineapple juice
  • 120ml of Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape and Peach Juice

Recipe

  1. Using the same order as listed above, pour the ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice.
  2. Stir well before serving.

Hawaii Twist

Ingredients

  • 40ml of rum
  • 15ml of honey syrup
  • 30ml of orange juice
  • 120ml of Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape and Peach Juice
  • Apple slices and mint for decoration

Recipe

  1. Using the same order as listed above, pour the ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice.
  2. Stir well, decorate with apple slices, and garnish with some mint.

White Mojito

Ingredients

  • 40ml of rum

  • Complete with Bel Normande Sparlking White Grape Juice

Purple Red

Ingredients

  • 40ml of apple juice
  • 40ml of gin or vodka
  • 120ml of Bel Normande Sparkling Red Grape Juice
  • 1/4 of a lime, sliced

Recipe

  1. Directly in a tumbler filled with ice, pour ingredients in the order of the recipe.
  2. Mix well and serve.

Whiskey Refresher

Ingredients

  • 60ml ginger ale
  • 90ml Bel Normande Sparkling Apple Juice
  • 1 lemon slice

Recipe

  1. In a tumbler filled with ice, add the whisey, then ginger ale.
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice out of the lemon wedge into the tumbler, before dropping it in as a garnish.
  3. Top with Bel Normande Sparkling Apple Juice and stir well.

Tropical Breeze

Ingredients

  • 45ml vodka
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 10ml orange juice
  • 20ml simple syrup
  • 1/2 an orange, sliced
  • 120 ml Bel Normande Sparkling Apple, Mango and Passion Fruit Juice

Recipe

  1. In a tumbler filled with ice, add the vodka, lime juice, orange juice, syrup and Bel Normande Sparkling Apple, Mango and Passion fruit Juice.
  2. Stir thoroughly, add orange slices for garnish and serve.

Dark and Fruity

Ingredients

  • 45ml vodka
  • 90ml ginger ale
  • 60ml Bel Normande Sparkling Red Grape & Raspberry Juice
  • 5 raspberries

Recipe

  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice.
  2. Add the raspberries for garnish.
  3. Stir well and serve.

Apple Pomegranate Spritz

Ingredients

  • 60ml white wine
  • 60ml sparkling water
  • 120ml Bel Normande Sparkling Apple and Pomegranate Juice
  • Apple and orange slices to garnish
  • Fresh mint to garnish

Recipe

  1. In a tumbler with ice, add white wine, sparkling water and juice.
  2. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Add garnishes and serve.

Rosé Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 30ml tequila
  • 150ml Bel Normande Sparkling Rosé Apple Juice
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • 15ml mint flavoured simple syrup
  • A lemon slice for garnish

Recipe

  1. In a tumbler filled with ice, combine tequila, syrup and Bel Normande juice and the orange bitters.
  2. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Garnish with mint and serve.

Bellini

Ingredients

  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 50ml peach juice
  • Bel Normande Sparkling Apple

Recipe

  1. Pour the peach juice and lemon juice into a chilled glass and stir well.
  2. Top up with Bel Normande Sparkling Apple, stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with a peach slice.

White Mojito

Ingredients

  • 15 ml of mint syrup
  • ½ diced lime, some mint leaves
  • Complete with Bel Normande Sparkling White

Ingredients

  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 5ml of strawberry syrup
  • A few frozen raspberries and strawberries
  • Bel Normande Sparkling Grape & Raspberry

Recipe

  1. Pour the lemon juice and strawberry syrup into a glass filled with ice and frozen strawberries and raspberries.
  2. Stir with a straw until evenly mixed.
  3. Top up with Bel Normande Sparkling Grape & Raspberry.

Bee Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 15ml of honey syrup
  • 30ml of orange juice
  • Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape & Peach

Recipe

  1. Directly in a tumbler filled with ice, pour ingredients in the order of the recipe.
  2. Stir and decorate with a half slice of grapefruit.

Pomegranate Punch

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape & Bel Normande Sparkling Apple & Pomegranate
  • Juice from ¼ of a Lime
  • Pomegranate Seeds for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Recipe

  1. Combine Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape and lime juice.
  2. Add a small handful of pomegranate seeds to the glass.
  3. Top up with Bel Normande Sparkling Apple & Pomegranate
  4. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.

Tropical Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 9cl mango juice
  • 9cl peach juice
  • Bel Normande Sparkling Apple, Mango and Passion fruit

Recipe

  1. Pour mango juice and peach juice in a cocktail glass full of ice.
  2. Top up with Bel Normande Sparkling Apple, Mango & Passion fruit. Stir gently.
  3. Decorate with your favourite fruits.

Rosé Sangria

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Bel Normande Sparkling Rosé Apple
  • 1/2 cup grapfruit juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

Recipe

Mix all the above ingredients and top with sliced fruit

Virgin Sangria

Ingredients

  • 8cl Bel Normande Sparkling Apple & Pomegrate
  • 1cl bergamot orange syrup
  • 1.5cl hibiscus syrup
  • 1cl fresh lemon juice

Recipe

Mix all the above ingredients and top with edible flowers

Our tip: Dry shake the egg white, then filter it to get the perfect mousse on the top

Duo Virgin Sangria

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bel Normande Sparkling Red Grape
  • 1 cup Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

Recipe

Mix all the above ingredients and top with sliced fruit
